Leadership

The team behind
the platform.

Prosol is led by executives with decades of experience across enterprise technology, integration and modernisation. The leadership team has worked closely with complex business-critical environments, from established MultiValue systems to the modern applications, platforms and technologies that need to connect with them.

Their experience is not theoretical. It is grounded in production systems, real-world integration challenges and helping organisations move forward without losing what already works.

AW

Alan Williams

Chairman

Alan provides strategic oversight and governance across Prosol, bringing decades of experience in enterprise technology and financial services to the board.

His career spans senior leadership roles across technology-driven businesses, with a particular depth in the financial sector and the operational complexity that defines it. Alan's guidance has been instrumental in shaping Prosol's growth trajectory, international expansion strategy, and long-term market positioning.

As Chairman, Alan ensures that the company's strategic direction remains aligned with the interests of its clients, partners, and stakeholders, while maintaining the governance standards required to operate across multiple regulatory environments.

Ryan Hart

Ryan Hart

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan leads the strategic direction of Prosol. He defines the long-term vision for the platform, drives international growth, and ensures the organisation delivers consistent value across every market it serves.

With a career built within the MultiValue ecosystem, combining deep technical fluency with strong commercial leadership, Ryan led the integration of the Prosol Group and ProSolutions Integration capabilities into a single unified platform, creating the foundation for Prosol as it operates today. He is now guiding the company's expansion into North America, strengthening its global footprint.

RDM's expertise in custom software development makes them an ideal partner to introduce this technology to businesses looking to modernize their systems.

JA

Juan Araujo

Chief Information Officer

Juan oversees Prosol's information strategy, including the systems, data architecture, and technology infrastructure that support both the platform and the business. With more than 20 years in enterprise IT, he brings the perspective of someone who has spent his career in the engine room of complex integrations, not adjacent to them.

The work that most directly shaped that perspective was leading integration delivery across a major bank's Rest of Africa operations. Across Zimbabwe, Namibia, Malawi, Swaziland, and Lesotho.

Juan holds a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg, a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership, and completed Harvard's FinTech programme in 2023.

Integration is the primary secret of business automation success. It defines how well any solution delivers on its mandate.

GH

Grant Hart

Chief Technology Officer

Grant defines Prosol's technology strategy, from platform architecture to engineering standards that ensure conversion fidelity and production reliability. He bridges the depth required to operate within legacy MultiValue systems with the modern Microsoft, SQL Server, and cloud environments clients are moving toward.

For more than a decade, Grant has been at the core of Prosol's product engineering. The conversion engine behind MVsharp, the replication architecture of MVsync, and the integration framework of i-Con all reflect technical decisions shaped under his leadership.

How We Work

A team built for the long term.

Client-first

Every product decision starts with the client problem. We build what organisations actually need to modernise successfully, not what makes the platform look more impressive on paper.

Deep expertise

MultiValue modernisation is complex. We do not generalise. Our team specialises in this environment, and that depth shows in every implementation we deliver.

Long relationships

Many of our client relationships span more than a decade. Legacy modernisation is not a one-off project. It is an ongoing partnership, and we build for the long term.

Honest delivery

We scope what is achievable and deliver what we scope. Our clients are making high-stakes technology decisions. They deserve directness, not optimism.

Platform thinking

The Prosol platform exists because we thought about the complete modernisation journey, not just individual products. That systems thinking is in everything we build.

Global perspective

Operating across 13 countries has given us exposure to different regulatory environments, infrastructure constraints, and implementation contexts. We bring that breadth to every engagement.

Work with the team directly.
