Alan Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Alan founded the business in 1986, and provides strategic leadership and oversight across Prosol, bringing decades of experience in enterprise technology and financial services.
His career spans senior leadership roles across technology-driven businesses, with particular depth in the financial sector and the operational complexity it demands. Alan's guidance has been instrumental in shaping Prosol's growth trajectory, international expansion strategy, and long-term market positioning.
As Chief Executive Officer, Alan leads Prosol's strategic direction and ensures the business remains focused on delivering value to its clients, partners, and stakeholders while supporting the company's continued growth across its markets.
Grant Hart
Chief Technology Officer
Grant defines Prosol's technology strategy, from platform architecture to engineering standards that ensure conversion fidelity and production reliability. He bridges the depth required to operate within legacy MultiValue systems with the modern Microsoft, SQL Server, and cloud environments clients are moving toward.
For more than a decade, Grant has been at the core of Prosol's product engineering. The conversion engine behind MVsharp, the replication architecture of MVsync, and the integration framework of i-Con all reflect technical decisions shaped under his leadership.
Ryan Hart
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan is responsible for Prosol's financial strategy and commercial performance. He manages capital allocation, financial planning, and reporting, and works to ensure the company's growth is funded and sustainable across every market it operates in.
Ryan led the integration of the Prosol Group and ProSolutions Integration into a single unified platform, the foundation of the business today. As CFO, he is focused on funding and financially structuring the company's expansion into North America and its wider international growth.

Juan Araujo
Chief Information Officer
Juan leads Prosol's technology and information strategy, shaping the systems, data architecture, integration platforms and technology infrastructure that support both the business and its customers.
With more than 20 years in enterprise IT, he brings the perspective of someone who has spent his career in the engine room of complex integrations, not adjacent to them. His experience spans enterprise integration, software development, system architecture, data and the modernisation of technology that businesses continue to depend on every day.
The work that most directly shaped that perspective was leading integration delivery across a major bank's Rest of Africa operations, spanning Zimbabwe, Namibia, Malawi, Eswatini and Lesotho. It reinforced a principle that continues to guide his work today: technology creates value when complex systems can work together reliably, securely and at scale.
At Prosol, Juan's focus is increasingly on what comes next: evolving the company's integration capabilities for a world of greater automation, intelligent systems and AI, while ensuring that new technology can work safely with the enterprise platforms and legacy systems already at the heart of customers' businesses.
Juan holds a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg, a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership, and completed Harvard's FinTech programme in 2023.
